Refund policy
We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing.
We welcome exchanges within 10 days of receipt. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of OGSynergy we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges. We do not REFUND for damage of package, if you like to add insurance to your order to cover this please select USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for up to $100 USD. In the case of an exchange or return due to a mistake on your part you will be responsible for the postage fee to send the exchange item back to us and for the shipping fee of USPS Priority $6.45 or First Class (NO TRACKING NO INSURANCE) $2.50 to ship the new item to you.
EXCHANGES: Message us on by email within 10 DAYS of receiving you order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange or refund and we will give you instructions. Do not send back your items without OG Synergy approving the exchange! Once the return or exchange is approved mail to "OG Synergy 98 Woodward Ave Asheville NC. 28804" . BUYER is responsible for all shipping fees, customs, taxes. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange for may be out of stock or there could be wait to receive it. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR 10 DAY PERIOD . We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING.
Please also note if your order was part of a customized collection note there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.
